Which is healthier? Fruits or vegetables?

In my opinion, It depends on the fruit and the vegetable. Some fruits and vegetables are full of fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, etc. (spinach, blueberries, oranges, carrots, broccoli) and some are basically just carbs and sugar (apples, potatoes, corn)

You should eat fruit AND vegetables every day. An easy way to balance it out is to eat a variety of different colors since generally fruit or vegetables of the same color have similar vitamins.

That would be a hard choice. I like salads and foods made with potatoes, but apples, oranges, pineapples, etc. are delicious. I'd probably pick fruits because they are easier to prepare and eat.
